I do wish the back was a little higher but I still love it and view it as a work of art. Customer service was phenomenal. I probably either emailed, phoned, or chatted on their website daily and they we’re always polite and professional and gave me the holiday discount when I inquired about it because I purchased my sectional in October. I also bought an Appliance package. Just waiting on it’s arrival.”
